I don’t often think about playing any other game than World of Warcraft, but when I do, it’s about Sea of Thieves. After watching the video below I realized it might be a lot of fun and really entertaining to play with some friends and it comes pretty close to how me and my friends entertain ourselves in the world, of warcraft. One minor issue is that I don’t have an XboX One console. And I’m really bad at saving up money to make purchases like that. But when the new XboX One X model is released I will start looking in to buying a second-hand one because I assume that many die-hard XboX gamers will be purchasing the newer model and need to get rid of their old one.

De Luizenmoeder
There’s a new show in town. It’s a Dutch show called De Luizenmoeder and it’s pretty freakin’ hilarious. If you’re from the Netherlands, then it’s a múst see. Here are the two first episodes but you might as well watch them directly from npo.nl to save my precious bandwith. Episode one is Het zijn altijd de nieuwkomers, and the second episode Afspraak is afspraak. and the third one Er zijn er twee jarig, hoera hoera. Enjoy 🙂
EDIT: It’s a godawful song but I’m 100% certain that this will become a popular song in every bar during the carnaval festivities that are just around the corner. The song was taken from the show and performed here by Andre van Duin in DWDD and it’s an instant sing-a-long song.
Greatest guitar solo by Mark Knopfler with Dire Straits – Sultans of Swing live
When I was a kid a brand new invention called the CD player entered our lives. Along with it came, naturally, CD’s themselves. I was lucky enough that my parents decided to buy one of these CD players early on, while the music industry was still working very hard to produce these magic shiny discs with digitalized audio. I remember the exact moment when I was with my dad at the store buying this CD player and what’s a CD player without any CD’s? So, we also bought our very first CD over there. This was the magnificent Brother in Arms by the Dire Straits. As you can imagine I listened to this album A LOT back then. That’s the main reason the nostalgia for me towards this album is enormous. But, this great band has made many other magnificent albums. One of them being Sultans of Swing. On it, is a live version of a song with the same name. And I believe that it contains one of the greatest guitar solo’s of all time. Naturally this solo sounds even better when you listen to the song from the very beginning to the end and thankfully this can be done right here.
Add Ubuntu Terminal to Windows 10
Have a look at this page for instructions on how to add a terminal to your Windows 10 in a matter of seconds. I just installed it and I’m very pleased with it so far. Could this mean I will stop using Putty after all these years? I’m not sure yet but I’m going to find out really soon. Here’s a link directly to the Windows Store if you don’t need any further instructions.
People tell me I’m a funny guy
People tell me I’m a funny guy. And I know I can be funny. I don’t know where it comes from or why I do it but it’s just something that helps me to get through my life or something. A coping mechanism perhaps? So I got that going for me which is nice. Here’s a lovely article I would like you to read. I’m only doing this to prove the idea that some people have of me is not 100% accurate. http://www.businessinsider.com/being-funny-is-associated-with-having-above-average-intelligence-2015-11?international=true&r=US&IR=T
A good sing-a-long song
Now please let me know if you disagree if this is not the best song ever to sing a long with the volume at a volume that you can’t keep up that high for too long cause else your neighbors will start calling the cops. If you lived through the nineties, fully aware, then you will be one of them people that knows exactly what I mean. Enjoy! And don’t forget to turn that volume switch up higher as usual! EDIT: What an odd thing that exactly four days of posting this post the singer of the Cranberries Dolores Mary Eileen O’Riordan (Burton) died. Weird.
Holland!
I saw a little preview on DWDD about a new tv-show that was going to air. I was a bit excited because I love then sense of humor of the person who presents the program Ryanne van Dorst. So I decided to watch it, and I’m really loving it. It’s called “Holland!” and it airs on tv but who watches tv anymore these days? So go to NPO.nl and search for Holland. Oh here’s the first episiode by the way.
